Phone Orders - If you prefer to phone your order in by using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express our order line is 1-888-280-8554. Phone orders are usually available Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. 5:00 P.M. If no answer, please leave voice mail and we will return your call.

Mail - Simply follow the instructions at the top of the Saxon product list page to print a copy of your order form for mailing. Our goal is
to ship all in stock orders out within 48 business hours of receiving your payment. If a form is unavailable just send in your name, address, phone number, quantity and description of the items you desire (be sure to include tax if applicable). Although we do sell many things, your personal information IS NOT one of them. Please be assured that we will only use your personal information in the normal processing of any order or request that YOU ask of us. We will not sell or share your information with any other business or agency.

WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?
You can be assured of security when giving us your credit card number or shipping address on-line. When you use our shopping cart system to check-out, all billing and shipping information will be collected through a secure server using encryption technology to ensure complete privacy.

SHIPPING METHODS
Priority Mail - via the U.S.P.S. is based on zip code and weight of order. Please contact us (gabookcompany@aol.com) for appropriate charges. Please be sure to list what you are ordering as well as your zip code. Priority Mail promises to deliver 2 -3 days from the day we ship. We highly recommend this mode of shipping for those living in HI, AK, and those with APO and FPO addresses.

SO, WHEN DO I GET MY ORDER?
Our goal is to mail out from our place within 48 hours. We use the US Postal Service (book rate), so your order should be received when you get your regular mail. If a product is out of stock, (we look to completely avoid that !) we will hold your order for up to 10 working days. Other than that, it depends on where you live and what time of the year you place your order. We are located in Georgia. Obviously, those of you in California should allow some extra time. We encourage you to order early. August and September are our busiest months.

We ship via the United States Postal Service, Book Rate. If you live on the west coast please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery, the mid west 2 - 3 weeks, for the east coast 1-2 weeks.

RETURN POLICY - We will gladly take returns/exchanges with prior return authorization. Items must be received in the original (resalable) condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. Teach 'N Kids reserves the right to decide if items are resalable. Books with worn corners, eraser marks, and crumpled pages are not returnable. Shrink wrapped items must be returned shrink wrapped*. However a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for your return. Thank you for allowing us 30 days to process.
